Replace "SKY→USDS staking rewards" with "SKY→SKY staking rewards". Stakers will need to manually transfer their holdings to the new rewards system. Increase the daily SKY buyback quota to 300,000 USDS. Transfer 500 million SKY to the protocol treasury to provide funding support for staking rewards.
