According to Jinse Finance, monitored by Lookonchain, the "gambler" address 0x9e4f is making an extremely high-risk bet by opening a short position with 25x leverage, shorting 7,368.8 ETH (approximately $28.2 million) at an entry price of $3,900.81, with a liquidation price of $3,953.3.
