The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has added nine spot XRP ETFs from leading providers such as Bitwise, Franklin Templeton, and 21Shares, and institutional preparedness for entry into the market. These additions, seen with and ETFs, point to a probable launch timeframe in late November.

From a technical perspective, XRP has formed a significant rectangle pattern,

since early 2025. Analysts, including Ali Martinez, believe that a revisit to the $1.90 support could precede a breakout toward $10, and ETF-related buying. At the same time, near the $2.30 strike price through hedging, keeping XRP within its current band. This scenario differs from , which has moved into a "negative gamma" phase, to rapid price changes.

The DTCC’s inclusion of these ETFs marks a pivotal step for XRP’s acceptance among institutions.

-Franklin XRP Trust (XRPZ), 21Shares XRP ETF (TOXR), Bitwise XRP ETF (XRP), (XRPC), and CoinShares XRP ETF (XRPL)-are now available on the platform. Canary Capital CEO Steven McClurg has suggested a launch could happen "next week," following successful rollouts of and ETFs. These join leveraged XRP products like Teucrium’s 2x Long Daily (XXRP), more than $100 million in investments.

After the U.S. government reopened, the Securities and Exchange Commission resumed ETF evaluations, removing a key barrier to approval. Franklin Templeton and Bitwise have both filed their final S-1 amendments,

for potential trading launches. If these ETFs are approved, they could follow the $50 billion inflow trend seen with Bitcoin and Ethereum spot funds, in the U.S. market.

Experts remain cautiously hopeful about XRP’s price outlook. Although XRP is currently priced at $2.47—an 8% increase in the past day—its journey to $10 will require

and maintaining volume above $2.60. An increase in institutional liquidity, spurred by the U.S. government’s reopening and expectations of Federal Reserve rate cuts, could further enhance XRP’s role as a settlement currency.

Market analysts describe the intersection of technical patterns, regulatory progress, and institutional interest as an ideal setup for XRP’s next growth phase. With DTCC listings advancing and funding rates turning positive, conditions are aligning for a possible strong upward move—assuming macroeconomic factors and volatility remain favorable.
