Vitalik praised the Ethereum Fusaka upgrade.
according to the official Ethereum network documentation, Ethereum has officially deployed the Fusaka upgrade. This upgrade aims to enhance the network's transaction processing capability while maintaining existing security standards and decentralization levels.
Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin posted on the X platform Wednesday evening: "Warm congratulations to the Ethereum researchers and core developers who have worked hard over the years to achieve this result."
The Fusaka upgrade was launched in October on Ethereum's final testnet Hoodi, with its core being the EIP-7594 proposal — PeerDAS (Node Data Availability Sampling Protocol). This protocol allows Ethereum nodes to verify data integrity without downloading the full block data, achieving the core goal of "scaling without downgrading" (i.e., increasing network capacity while preserving existing security parameters and decentralization features).
