1. Registration phase

Participation: Users who create a team or join an existing team can participate in all activities: Futures Championship, VIP Futures Challenge, Mission Airdrop, and VIP upgrade rewards.
KOT captain rewards
Team creation rewards: The first 50 captains to create a team will receive 50 USDT in trading bonuses and Labubu Christmas gift boxes.
Captain rewards: The first 50 captains to create a team will receive an additional $200 in XRP and one ROI rest card.
Captain invitation rewards: For each new member that a captain invites to their team, the captain will get 10 USDT in trading bonuses, up to 2,000 USDT per captain.
Note:
(1) Team creation rewards are distributed based on when the team is created. The captain rewards are distributed based on when the team is successfully formed.
(2) The trading bonus will be distributed after the entire promotion ends. Other rewards will be distributed within 10 working days after the registration ends. For the Labubu Christmas gift box, winners must contact online customer service and provide their shipping address within 10 working days after the registration ends.
(3) For the captain invitation rewards, captains must invite at least five members to be eligible. The total promotion pool is 10,000 USDT in trading bonuses, distributed from highest to lowest based on the number of invitees.
Eligibility
1. Both captains and team members must have at least 100 USDT in their individual futures accounts at the time of registration.
2. Each team must have a minimum of 7 members (including the team captain) to successfully participate in the Futures Championship (capped at 1000 members per team).
3. Once the Futures Championship starts, no new teams can be created and existing teams cannot add new members. If a team has less than 7 members, it will not be included in the team leaderboard. However, team members (including the captain) can still participate in the VIP Futures Championship and VIP Upgrade activities.
4. Users can only join one team and cannot leave the team after joining.
5. Team captains can choose to form a public or private team. Team members can be removed during registration, but no member changes are allowed once the challenge starts.
6. Sub-accounts, market makers, brokers, and institutional accounts are not eligible to register for the promotion.

3. Futures Championship

The Futures Championship consists of a team battle and a VIP individual challenge, with a promotion pool of up to 1,040,500 USDT. Users can participate in both sub-challenges.
3.1 Futures Championship — team battle
In the team battle, teams are ranked based on their ROI. To register for the promotion, users must either click to become a captain or join an existing team.

Note:
1. If there are fewer than ten teams, the team battle reward will not be distributed. Teams with negative ROI will not be eligible for the rewards.
2. Teams ranked 4th–10th: Team rewards = team ROI ÷ total ROI of teams ranked 4th–10th × 40% of the promotion pool. The rewards that each team can get is capped at 10%.

Note:
1. Intra-team reward distribution: (1) The winning team's captain receives 10% of the promotion pool exclusively, while the 30% is divided among qualified team members in the top 20% by ROI. The remaining 50% is distributed among all other qualified team members. (2) The captain is also eligible for the ROI-based intra-team rewards. (3) Rewards for individual team members are capped at 10% of the promotion pool. If this limit is exceeded, the rewards will be adjusted to 10%.
2. Eligibility for intra-team rewards: Captains or team members with an individual futures trading volume of 100,000 USDT and a positive ROI during the challenge will be eligible for the rewards.

Rules:
1. This leaderboard only shows the futures trading volumes of VIP users. If a user is currently not a VIP, they will not appear on the leaderboard until they upgrade to VIP.
2. A minimum of 50 participants is required to unlock the promotion pool for the VIP Futures Championship.
3. The top 10 winners must reach a futures trading volume of at least 10,000,000 USDT, while the top 11–50 winners must reach a futures trading volume of at least 5,000,000 USDT to qualify for the rewards. Users who do not meet the required trading volume will be ranked but will not receive rewards.
4. Team members ranked 11th–50th: Individual rewards = individual trading volume ÷ total trading volume of team members ranked 11th–50th × 20,000 USDT. The reward that each user can get is capped at 500 USDT.
5. Physical rewards will be distributed in USDT.
How to get a ROI reset card
During the Futures Championship and VIP Futures Championship, participants who reach a trading volume of 1,000,000 USDT will get an ROI reset card, and those who reach a trading volume of 5,000,000 USDT will get an additional ROI reset card. Each participant can get up to two ROI reset cards in total.
Note:
1. The ROI reset card allows users with a negative ROI during the challenge to reset their ROI (%) and PnL back to zero.
2. Each participant can get up to two ROI reset cards in total. If you receive a reset card, the label "reset card" will appear next to your ROI. This label is only visible when your ROI is negative.
3. The ROI reset card can only be used before January 20, 2026, at 23:59 (UTC+8), and it cannot be used on the last day of the competition.
4. When you use the ROI reset card, the ROI will be calculated based on 100 USDT while your account's initial net value is less than 100 USDT.
5. There might be a 15-minute delay in data updates when using the ROI reset card.
6. Please use the ROI reset card with caution. Once used, your ROI will be reset to zero, and your individual and team rankings on the leaderboard will be reset accordingly.
4. VIP Upgrade Rewards

Initial net value: The net value of futures assets held in the user's account for more than 15 minutes prior to the start of the competition will be calculated as initial net value.

Users must have at least 100 USDT in their futures account to register. If the account's initial net value is less than 100 USDT at the start of the challenge, the ROI will still be calculated based on 100 USDT.
