Metaplanet has issued its 19th Series of Ordinary Bonds worth JPY 30 billion (approx. USD 208 million), zero-coupon and unsecured, fully subscribed by EVO FUND. Proceeds will be used to buy back JPY 1.75 billion in earlier bonds, with the rest allocated to Bitcoin purchases.
