as reported by Forbes, US President Trump used the presidential seal at the $TRUMP investor dinner held at the Trump National Golf Club on Thursday, despite the White House stating that he was attending the event in "personal time."

According to US federal law, the presidential seal must not be used in a way that could "convey an erroneous impression of government sponsorship or approval," with violators facing fines or up to six months in prison. Trump arrived at the dinner from the White House by military helicopter and delivered a speech to 220 top investors, who collectively invested around $148 million in $TRUMP tokens.
