CF Benchmarks CEO: Larger Wealth Management Platforms May Add Spot Bitcoin ETFs Next Month
CF Benchmarks CEO Sui Chung said that spot bitcoin ETFs have already had a huge impact on the cryptocurrency industry after only two months of trading. He said, "Next month, we may see bigger wealth management platforms joining spot bitcoin ETFs, opening another floodgate of capital." Sui added, "Some ETFs routinely average billions of dollars in trading volume and more than $10 billion in assets under management, meaning they may also be large and liquid enough to be considered by pension funds. Of course, this will depend on the discretion and investment philosophy of the investment team and trustees, but most of these funds already own commodities, so it's not inconceivable that they might use Bitcoin to further diversify returns to plan holders."
