Bitget Chief Operating Officer Vugar: Bitget plans to invest more resources in nurturing emerging talents in the next two years
Blockchain Life 2024 was held in Dubai from April 15th to April 16th, with Vugar Usi Zade, CEO of Bitget, invited to attend. He shared his insights on topics such as the market landscape and development trends for 2024. During the discussion, he pointed out that "As a major participant in the crypto industry, centralized exchanges should maintain close communication with regulatory bodies and explain to them how blockchain technology works and promote their genuine assistance to users. If corresponding regulations stifle innovation, it will not be conducive to industry development, especially for emerging industries like blockchain."
Vugar stated: "The crypto industry has unlimited opportunities; we need to attract more talent for the overall ecosystem and industry development. In the next two years, Bitget will invest as many resources as possible in talent cultivation and contribute more emerging talents towards building an ecosystem together. Now more than more centralized exchanges are continuously reshaping themselves into a complete ecosystem."
