U.S. stocks opened higher, with the Dow opening up 0.41%, the SP 500 up 0.57% and the Nasdaq up 0.8%. General Motors (GM.N) opened up 2%, the company will launch a robot cab service on the Uber platform next year, Tesla (TSLA.O) rose 1.9%. Intel (INTC.O) opened up 1.6%, Beep (BILI.O) rose more than 8%, the company's second-quarter net revenue exceeded market estimates.
