Current mainstream CEX and DEX funding rates show market divergence continues, with both bullish and bearish sentiments coexisting
On April 28, according to data from Coinglass, the current mainstream CEX and DEX funding rates indicate that market divergence continues, with both bullish and bearish sentiments coexisting. The specific funding rates for mainstream cryptocurrencies are shown in the attached image. Note: Funding rates are fees set by cryptocurrency trading platforms to maintain the balance between contract prices and the prices of the underlying assets, typically applicable to perpetual contracts. It is a fund exchange mechanism between long and short traders, and the trading platform does not charge this fee. Instead, it is used to adjust the cost or income for traders holding contracts to keep contract prices close to the prices of the underlying assets. A funding rate of 0.01% indicates the benchmark rate. When the funding rate is greater than 0.01%, it means the market is generally bullish. When the funding rate is less than 0.005%, it means the market is generally bearish.
