xAI files another lawsuit against OpenAI, this time alleging trade secret theft
Foresight News: According to Decrypt, Elon Musk's xAI has once again sued OpenAI, accusing it of inducing former employees to steal source code and data center deployment strategies. xAI stated that OpenAI specifically targeted employees with knowledge of its "core secrets" regarding data center operations, and that one executive, after moving to OpenAI, refused to sign a confidentiality agreement. In addition, an engineer admitted to misappropriating code through a "handwritten confession" after engaging in encrypted communication with OpenAI recruiters.
