Buffett will no longer write annual reports
Jinse Finance reported that Berkshire Hathaway stated Warren Buffett will no longer write the annual report. Buffett will also convert 1,800 Class A shares into 2.7 million Class B shares for donation purposes. Buffett wants to retain a large number of Class A shares until Berkshire shareholders are satisfied with Greg.
