Data: After the largest ZEC long position on Hyperliquid was liquidated, a trader bought 8,000 ZEC in a chase, with a position size of approximately $7.7 million.
According to ChainCatcher, Coinbob's popular address monitoring shows that in the past 6 hours, the largest former ZEC long whale (0x96e) on Hyperliquid increased the ZEC long leverage to 6x, and used all the released margin and remaining funds to add to the ZEC long position, reaching 8,000 ZEC, with a position size of $7.71 million, an average price reduced to $534, and an unrealized loss of $350,000 (28%).
According to further monitoring, this address closed nearly 7,000 ZEC long positions for stop-loss during the market downturn, recording another unrealized loss of $490,000, and then bought back as ZEC rebounded slightly. Since opening the position on the 3rd when ZEC was around $380, this ZEC whale has opened long positions with $2.21 million in principal and continued to roll over, with the average price peaking at $555. The principal once increased to $10.5 million within a week, making this address the largest ZEC long on Hyperliquid. However, after the ZEC price dropped, its long position is now ranked second.
Recently, since ZEC fell below $600, this address has gradually reduced its position by selling off up to 40,000 ZEC, with the position size dropping from $37.01 million to less than $5 million, recording a loss of about $1.55 million, and the principal falling to $1.32 million.
