Apple Music’s Replay 2025 has arrived
Apple Music Introduces Enhanced Replay Feature
Apple has unveiled an updated version of Apple Music Replay, its response to Spotify’s widely used Wrapped feature. This tool allows listeners to reflect on their music journey throughout the year, showcasing their most-played tracks, favorite artists, and top albums.
The latest Replay experience now offers deeper insights into listening patterns. New sections include “Discovery,” which spotlights fresh artists users explored, and “Loyalty,” highlighting musicians that listeners return to year after year. The “Comebacks” section draws attention to artists who have reappeared in a user’s playlists after some time away.
Listeners can also review statistics such as their total listening minutes, the number of different artists they’ve enjoyed, their longest streak with a single artist, preferred genres, and additional personalized data.
Accessing the Replay dashboard is simple—just visit the Home tab within Apple Music to view your annual music summary.
Beyond the yearly overview, users can revisit monthly highlights and browse summaries from every year they’ve subscribed to Apple Music. There’s also a “Replay All Time” playlist, compiling the songs played most frequently since joining the service.

For artists, Apple Music now provides additional analytics, including trends in audience growth and year-over-year performance comparisons. As in previous years, artists can still see their total listener count, geographic reach, and total minutes streamed.

This year, Apple Music’s Replay arrives shortly after YouTube introduced its 2025 Recaps and on the same day Amazon Music launched its own annual review. These year-end features have been released ahead of Spotify’s, likely aiming to encourage users to share their music highlights on social media platforms first.
