Vitalik: PeerDAS Becomes an “Heroic” Achievement of the Ethereum Foundation in the Fusaka Upgrade
Jinse Finance reported that Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin stated in a post that he has long complained about the Ethereum Foundation's lack of experience at the P2P network layer, with more focus placed on cryptoeconomics, BFT consensus, and the block layer, often taking the network layer for granted. However, the situation has now changed, as demonstrated by the performance of PeerDAS. He noted that foundation members such as @raulvk have made "heroic contributions" in promoting the smooth operation of PeerDAS and in formulating a roadmap for faster propagation, stronger resistance, and parallel improvements in network privacy, and he looks forward to further progress. Previously, Vitalik Buterin posted to celebrate the successful Ethereum Fusaka upgrade, stating that PeerDAS in the Fusaka upgrade has achieved sharding and data availability sampling: this has always been Ethereum's dream.
