An address that received 50,000 ETH from an Ether ICO participant in 2017 and has been dormant for 6 years moved 7,998 ETH (about $15.18 million) 6 hours ago, according to Twitter user Remnant Monitor. This address received 50,000 ETH on March 10, 2017, and then transferred 36,000 ETH to Kraken between May 30 and June 14, 2017, for a possible average price of $255.
The Ether ICO participant address received 192,026 ETH via ICO on July 30, 2015 at an ICO price of $0.311. 177,403 ETH were transferred to CEX between 2015 and 2017 at a likely average price of $70.
