Sui Announces Token Unlocking Schedule, Expects All Tokens to be Released by April 2030

Sui announced its token unlocking schedule, with a long-term circulating supply of 10 billion SUI tokens, with approximately 5% of the tokens in circulation at the time of the mainnet launch, and the rest to be released according to a proposed schedule, with all tokens expected to be released by April 2030. sui said the schedule may change as needed to keep the Sui network healthy. 

The Sui Foundation previously tweeted in response to market news that it was "selling pledged rewards to the market", saying it was not selling locked and uncirculated SUI pledged rewards on cex and would announce a detailed timeline for token unlocking.
