Ordinals founder Casey commented on the legitimacy of Rune Alpha, stating: "I have no affiliation with them, and when (official) Runes are released, these Runes will not be traced."Earlier in September, according to Cointelegraph, Ordinals founder Casey Rodarmor proposed a new protocol called Runes based on the Bitcoin network as a potential alternative to BRC20.
