Bitcoin’s December security budget exceeded $1.55 billion, $400 million less than its all-time high
According to data disclosed by DefiLlama contributor Kofi on X platform, Bitcoin's security budget (income earned by miners to protect the network) exceeded $1.55 billion this month, which is $400 million lower than the historical high of $1.96 billion set in April 2021.
