Bloomberg ETF Analyst: The documents submitted by Grayscale still have a lot of information to be perfected
Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas posted on the X platform saying: "Grayscale's new revised version has just been released. The document clearly stipulates that only cash is accepted, but it still does not mention a specific AP (Authorized Representative), just leaving a blank where the name should appear. The reason for this is unclear because the SEC wants to see this and they have always been quite confident in having an AP (Authorized Representative). In addition, there seems to be no information about fees in the document. This is also a major unsolved mystery."
