Bloomberg Senior ETF Analyst Eric Balchunas said that the SEC is giving its final opinion on the spot Bitcoin ETF, and issuers will soon submit their final 19b-4 and S-1 documents. He stated: "This is definitely the closest thing we've ever been to 'completion', but as far as I know, it has not yet received official approval."
