Wilshire Phoenix files new prospectus for its Bitcoin fund
A public document shows that Wilshire Phoenix has submitted a new prospectus (S-1) for its wShares Bitcoin Fund, which will charge a fee of 0.75% and will custody Bitcoin on the Fidelity platform. Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart pointed out that this is the 11th S-1 revision for the trust by Wilshire Phoenix.
