Decentraland releases 2023 annual report and Q4 updates: Revenue approximately 1.06 million MANA coins
Decentraland officially released its 2023 annual report and Q4 updates, reviewing new platform features, platform updates, and community activities. The data shows that Decentraland DAO earned 1.06 million MANA in fees in 2023, users claimed 1.15 million free wearable digital collectibles, approximately 2300 NAME NFTs were claimed, the number of new NFT creators on the platform increased by 56%, and there were 68 product releases/updates. Decentraland stated that the release of SDK7 in 2023 fulfilled its promise to make it a favorite tool for developers to use while also introducing wearable categories Handwear and Emotes 2.0; further optimizations will be made for creators, marketplaces, events as well as web and desktop clients in 2024.
