Valkyrie files its spot Bitcoin ETF securities registration application with SEC
Valkyrie submitted its securities registration application for its spot Bitcoin ETF to the SEC, namely the 8-A form.
The issuer's 8-A form allows the issuer to register for trading on a trading platform and marks progress towards potential approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF.
