A whale who was long on the ETH/BTC exchange rate was liquidated, repaying a loan of 183 WBTC with over 3870 ETH collateral
According to on-chain analyst @EmberCN on platform X, an hour ago, a whale who was long on the ETH/BTC exchange rate had a liquidation event when its loan health fell below 1. This resulted in the liquidation of 3,870.79 ETH collateral from the whale to repay a loan of 183 WBTC. Ember stated that currently, this whale's loan health is at 1.01 and remains in danger of falling below 1 and triggering further liquidations at any time.
