Former Internet Enforcement Chief of SEC: In my view, the SEC will approve a Bitcoin spot ETF
John Reed Stark, former Internet Enforcement Director at the SEC, stated on social media that after nearly 20 years of working in the SEC's enforcement division (11 of which were spent as head of the Internet Enforcement Office), he can honestly say that he has never leaked any facts about any SEC procedures, and neither has anyone he knows. Therefore, all speculation and theories about what is happening within the SEC are likely based on interpretations by applicant lawyers, which could be completely wrong or biased, calculated, manipulative and strategic. According to a post previously published by Chairman Gary Gensler (which sounds very much like an SEC investor alert involving penny stocks, low-priced stocks, options high-yield investment plans etc.), it seems to me that the committee has surrendered and will approve (Bitcoin spot ETF) - just letting things take their natural course.
