Multiple Bitcoin spot ETF applications have reduced fees, with Bitwise lowering its minimum to 0.2%
Multiple Bitcoin spot ETF applicants have reduced their fees in the updated S-1 filings as follows: Bitwise has lowered its Bitcoin spot ETF fee from 0.24% to 0.2%, waiving all sponsor fees for the first $1 billion in trust assets within the first 6 months; Invesco/Galaxy has decreased its Bitcoin spot ETF fee from 0.59% to 0.39%, waiving sponsor fees for the first $5 billion in trust assets within the first 6 months; WisdomTree has reduced its Bitcoin spot ETF fee from 0.5% to 0.3%, waiving sponsor fees for the first $1 billion in trust assets within the first 6 months; Valkyrie has lowered its Bitcoin spot ETF fee from 0.8% to 0.49%.
Fees that remain unchanged include: Fidelity's fee remains at 0.39%; Franklin Templeton's fee remains at 0.29%; Grayscale's fee remains at 1.5%; Ark/21Shares continues to offer zero fees for the first six months or until fund reaches $1 billion in assets, then charges a rate of 0.25%; BlackRock maintains a rate of 0.2% for the first twelve months or until fund reaches $5 billion in assets, then increases it to 0.3%.
