Klaytn will merge with Finschia in stages and open governance voting on January 26th

The additional explanation of the merger proposal between the Korean public chain Klaytn and the blockchain project Finschia launched by instant messaging application LINE. The newly established foundation will undergo a phased merger, with the first phase "token generation and governance" taking place on the EVM core stack. The newly merged ecosystem and chain will promote synergies and competitiveness in four key areas: ecosystem, token economy, core network, and governance.

In addition, Klaytn will hold a joint QA session with Finschia today. The voting period is from 13:00 on January 26th to 13:00 on February 2nd (Beijing time).
