Tezos blockchain Oxford2 upgrade brings private smart Rollups
The Tezos blockchain launched its fifteenth upgrade on Friday, named Oxford2. According to the team, "This upgrade introduces private smart Rollups as a new security feature for developers, provides a smoother staking process for validators, and adjusts significant penalties." This upgrade took place one month before the release of Etherlink mainnet, which is a layer 2 solution compatible with EVM built on Tezos and supported by Smart Rollups.
