London-based asset management company Jupiter Asset Management, which manages over $65.8 billion, announced that it has cancelled its investment in 21Shares' XRP ETP due to compliance issues. The initial scale of this investment was $2.58 million. It is reported that Jupiter Asset Management made the investment through its Gold Silver Fund, but the fund is registered in Ireland where cryptocurrency investments are currently prohibited in tradable investment funds, while other European jurisdictions such as Germany allow fund holdings in cryptocurrencies.
