Etherfi: The error in the homepage points display will be fixed tomorrow, the personal page display is normal
Ether.fi has further clarified to BlockBeats about the "mismatch between staking points and TVL", stating that the points displayed on ether.fi's protocol homepage are indeed incorrect. The actual EigenLayer points of this protocol are much higher than the currently incorrectly displayed data, and this issue is expected to be fixed tomorrow for real-time updates. The point data on users' personal display meters is correct (only a display error exists on the protocol homepage). As previously reported by BlockBeats, BlockBeats learned from ether.fi regarding the "mismatch between staking points and TVL" that ether.fi platform does indeed transfer 100% of EigenLayer points directly to users. However, ETH received by this platform is not immediately staked but uses a liquidity pool where users can withdraw instantly and transfer within or outside of the protocol. Therefore, it's normal not to receive 24 points every day. The only way to earn 24 points daily is by joining EigenPod, but doing so will sacrifice opportunities to participate in other DeFi protocols while earning EigenLayer Points; other liquidity re-stake protocols do not offer instant withdrawal features.
