BlockFi reaches tentative agreement with FTX, may recover nearly $900 million in claims

根据周三下午的法庭文件，BlockFi 与 FTX 达成临时协议，以解决所有诉讼和问题，该和解协议还涉及关联债务人，有待法院批准，但代表以 FTX 倒闭后长期法律程序作为该计划的一部分，BlockFi将获得 1.852 亿美元作为客户对 FTX 债务人的指控，预计预计将针对 Alameda 的 6.89 亿美元单独指控，其中包括之前的贷款，总金额约为 9 亿美元，但只有 2.5 亿美元得到保证。BlockFi 破产管理员Mohsin Meghji 在文件中写道：“BlockFi 确定在 FTX 计划确认并生效后不久将收到 2.5 亿美元——在一般 FTX 计划无指控指控开始分配之前，可能允许在短期内进行第二次临时”作业。
