Worldcoin: Welcomes investigation by South Korean regulatory authorities
According to news1, the Personal Information Protection Commission of South Korea is investigating Sam Altman's blockchain project Worldcoin. Worldcoin has stated that it welcomes the investigation by South Korean regulatory authorities. This is the first time that Worldcoin has taken a stance on investigations by South Korean regulatory agencies.
Earlier reports indicated that the Personal Information Protection Commission of South Korea is investigating whether Worldcoin's collection of iris information complies with regulations.
