Tokenization platform Huma Finance merges with liquidity platform Arf
Golden Finance reports that tokenization platform Huma Finance has merged with liquidity and settlement platform Arf to increase the adoption of tokenized assets. As part of the transaction, Huma and Arf will become part of a newly formed holding entity, 00 Holdings Inc. But the two companies will continue to operate separately under their existing names and brands.
