Tokenization platform Huma Finance merges with liquidity platform Arf
Tokenization platform Huma Finance has merged with liquidity and settlement platform Arf to increase the adoption of tokenized assets. As part of the transaction, Huma and Arf will become part of the newly formed holding entity 00 Holdings Inc. However, both companies will continue to operate separately under their existing names and brands.
