21.co Strategy Analyst: Over 15% of Ethereum on the Beacon Chain has been staked through EigenLayer

The Dune Analytics dashboard shared by Tom Wan, a strategy analyst at 21.co, shows that over 15% of ETH on the Beacon chain has been staked through EigenLayer. A total of 4.9 million ETH, worth about $15.42 billion. Of this, 3.1 million ETH is natively reset, mainly through liquidity staking protocols. 1.7 million ETH was restarted via liquid equity tokens, with Lido's stETH accounting for deposits of one million stETHs. Approximately 26% of Ethereum's total supply of 122 million ETH is hosted on the Beacon chain. EigenLayer began accepting deposits for its protocol in June 2023 for the first time.
