Golden Finance reported that Huake Intelligent Investment (01140.HK) announced that on April 23, 2024, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary WK Cosmos Holdings Limited and TideLabs Ltd. established and managed a company called Tide Investment One Limited Partnership established and managed by Tide Capital. The fund signed fund subscription documents and limited partnership agreement. The purpose of this fund investment is to enable the company to penetrate deeply into the digital assets and cryptocurrency markets, and leverage TideCapital's professional advantages to capture investment opportunities in the digital assets and cryptocurrency fields.
