Van Buren Capital partner: US SEC will abandon the argument that ETH is a security

According to news on May 21, Scott Johnsson, a partner of Van Buren Capital and a well-known financial lawyer in the United States, posted on the X platform that the Ethereum spot ETF applied by Fidelity has stated that it will not pledge ETH, and the bigger signal is the trust structure of the commodity grantor With no changes to disclosures, all signs point to the SEC moving away from the argument that ETH is a security.
