Media reports that U.S. President Joe Biden's re-election campaign team is looking for a meme expert, apparently to win the support of Generation Z voters. The Biden For President (BFP) team has posted a "Partner Manager" position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and managing "the daily operations of engaging with popular internet content and meme pages." According to Indeed, the Biden camp will pay its Meme Manager based in Wilmington, Delaware an annual salary of $65,000 to $85,000, which is slightly higher than the average salary of digital marketers in the United States. According to the job description, the main task of Biden's meme manager is to manage relationships with digital media companies, podcasts and "meme pages on multiple social media platforms".
