Messari Report: In Q1 2024, Pyth achieved a total value of $7.2 billion, an increase of 322% from the previous quarter

Messari released the Pyth Network Status Report for the first quarter of 2024. The report shows:

· In the first quarter, demand-side activity increased by 97%, and Pyth issued 48 billion pulloracle updates;

· The total value obtained by Pyth increased by 322% month-on-month, reaching $7.2 billion (including Ethena). It added support for 41 new price sources, expanded to nine new blockchains, and integrated into 35 new applications;

· Pyth added seven new data providers, increasing its publisher network to a hundred data providers in the first quarter;

· PYTH's betting volume increased by 92% month-on-month. This increase coupled with a rise of PYTH price by 206%, resulted in an increase in PYTH value calculated in dollars by 489%, from $215 million to $1.3 billion; 

· Pyth DAO began operations in the first quarter, approved DAO charter, established Pythian and Price Feedback Committee, and started implementing Pyth Operation Improvement Proposals (PIP).
