Aave community proposal recommends increasing bridging USDC reserve factor in all deployments

Golden Finance reported that the Aave community proposed that it is recommended to gradually increase the reserve factor (RF) for bridging USDC (USDC.e and USDbC) in Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and Base Aave deployments.
