Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas tweeted that ARK has issued a statement about not conducting ETH spot business. ARK stated that despite believing in the transformative potential and long-term value of
Ethereum, it will not currently promote an Ethereum ETF, but will continue to evaluate effective methods to provide investors with opportunities to access this innovative technology and fully unleash its advantages.
21Shares is currently conducting a spot Ethereum ETF on its own. ARK has been removed from the documents and name, but they are still partners in
Bitcoin and futures ETFs.
