On July 10th, according to Arkham data, the wallet address labeled "German Government" transferred another 3207 BTC in the last 15 minutes, including:
750 BTC to Kraken; 536.108 BTC to the address "Cumberland DRW"; 690 BTC to an address beginning with bc1qu3; 1127.381 BTC to the address of Flow Traders; 500 BTC to the address of Coinbase; and 1,500 BTC to the address of the suspected B2C2 Group. Group;
