As of 2022, JD Vance, the vice presidential candidate for the Republican Party in the United States, holds up to $250,000 in Bitcoin
Former U.S. President Trump has today appointed JD Vance as the Republican vice presidential candidate. This Ohio senator disclosed in his mandatory annual report for the calendar year 2022, submitted in October 2023, that he owned Bitcoin worth between $100,001 and $250,000 as of 2022. He holds these Bitcoins through CEX. In addition, Vance also opened accounts with brokerage firms Robinhood and Charles Schwab.
The vice-presidential candidate has not yet submitted his financial disclosure for 2023. His current estimated net worth is at least $5 million and up to $10.5 million.
