Vitalik: There is an imbalance in infrastructure investment, some types of infrastructure are over-invested
Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin stated, "My view on 'over-investment in infrastructure' is that some types of infrastructure investment are indeed excessive, while others are insufficient. The reality is, people want to invest in 'casinos', but still hope to feel good about it, so they invest in the part of the infrastructure that can benefit from the profits spilling out of the 'casino'."
