Aptos releases Node version 1.16.3 update
According to reports, Aptos has released node software update version 1.16.3. Users are required to upgrade to the latest version within the next five days. This update aims to enhance system stability and security, ensuring smooth operation of the network. Major improvements include adding a process macro named bytecode_spec, which allows inline specification of Move bytecode instructions in Rust. Additionally, an execution environment outside the virtual machine has been introduced. This environment can be used for caching and shared between instances of virtual machines.
