CEO of Tally Protocol defends governance-token holders against accusations of "governance attack" on DAO
According to Tally Protocol's CEO, accusing parties of a "governance attack" against a DAO is hypocritical when voter participation is low. To improve the governance environment of DAOs, stakeholders should be incentivized similarly to traditional finance. The recent creation of a yield-bearing product on the Compound lending protocol by a group of governance-token holders should not be considered a "governance attack," says Dennison Bertram, CEO and co-founder of Tally Protocol. It is unfair to blame individuals for following the rules. Representative Ro Khanna believes that Democrats should prioritize innovation.
