Chicago Fed President Goolsbee: All the conditions for the Fed to cut interest rates have been met

In an interview with CNBC, Goolsbee, a 2025 FOMC voting member and president of the Chicago Fed, said that the current policy is at the tightest moment of the entire interest rate hike cycle, and the Fed's forecast shows broad support for rate cuts, and all the conditions for the rate cuts that the Fed hopes to achieve have been met.
