On October 11, Galaxy VP of Research Christine Kim summarized the key takeaways from the 198th Ethernet Core Developer Executive (ACDE) call: 1. Developers are debugging Pectra Devnet 3; 2. Developers are planning to roll out Pectra Devnet 4 by next Thursday (October 17); 3. There are 2 new EIPs in Pectra to consider, EIP 7782 and 7783, both of which are designed to improve L1 scalability.
